1. Introduction Welcome to Lead Service AI. By engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review carefully before purchasing. Lead Service AI is a service operated under Summit Business Solutions LLC and provides AI-driven automation solutions including, but not limited to, AI website chatbots, AI inbound call receptionists, AI outbound lead follow-up systems, and full AI sales system buildouts.
2. Services Provided Lead Service AI agrees to provide the following services, depending on the plan selected by the Client:
AI Website Chatbot Setup and Management
AI Inbound Call Receptionist Setup and Management
AI Outbound Lead Follow-Up System Setup and Management
Full AI Sales System Setup and Management (includes chatbot, inbound, outbound, CRM setup, and ads management)
Service setup includes a one-time onboarding and customization process, followed by optional ongoing monthly support, optimization, and maintenance.
3. Service Timeline and Delivery Expectations Setup and deployment of individual services will commence within 3–5 business days after all required onboarding information, files, access credentials, and initial payments are received by Lead Service AI. For the Full AI Sales System package, a separate project timeline will be established.
4. Scope of Work Lead Service AI provides deployment of AI Chatbots, AI Call Receptionists, AI Follow-Up Systems, CRM pipeline management, and optional paid ads management. Lead Service AI is not responsible for closing leads, lead quality, ad performance (unless managing ads), or business outcomes outside the scope of our services.
5. Payments All setup and monthly fees will be processed securely through Stripe. Setup fees require 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion before launch. Monthly fees are automatically charged to the payment method on file. Failure to pay invoices within 7 calendar days may result in service suspension.
6. Refund and Guarantee Policy Lead Service AI offers a 30-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee, only if all client responsibilities are fully met:
Submit onboarding form within 2 business days of payment
Respond to Slack messages within 24 hours
Provide all requested info and access within 24 hours
Attend onboarding calls/check-ins within 30 days
If any conditions are not met, the guarantee is void.
Refunds will not be granted for:
Failure to use the services
Lead quality issues unrelated to Lead Service AI
Change of mind, indecision, or other non-performance-related reasons after services have begun
Due to the resources committed to setup and onboarding, refunds will not be issued based solely on Client preference changes after service initiation.
7. CRM Platform Policy: Go High Level (GHL) Lead Service AI provides a dedicated Go High Level (GHL) sub-account for each Client, including full visibility into leads, workflows, calendars, and reports. All CRM services will be provided exclusively through GHL. Lead Service AI does not operate in any other CRM platforms. No exceptions.
8. Data Privacy and Security Lead Service AI stores lead data securely in the Client’s GHL account. We do not sell, share, or distribute Client data. Clients are responsible for managing access credentials and ensuring their own regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
9. Indemnification The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Summit Business Solutions LLC, operating as Lead Service AI, against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Client’s misuse of the services, breach of terms, or violation of laws.
10. Dispute Resolution Disputes shall first attempt to be resolved informally. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the state of Massachusetts.
11. Cancellations and Termination Clients may cancel services by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Early termination fees may apply during active projects. Lead Service AI reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, abuse, or policy violations.
12. Limitation of Liability Lead Service AI provides services “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding revenue or sales results. We are not liable for third-party platform failures or technical issues beyond our control.
13. Updates to Terms Lead Service AI reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon publication.
